Problem licensing Studio 2017

I bought an upgrade to Studio 2017, receipt of payment confirmed. When I wanted to license it, there was no sign of Studio 2017 in "My Account".  I nevertheless clicked "Activate" in the Help menu of 2017 and was told I was using a trial license. My Account also told me I had 1 license in use and 0 licenses available. When I wanted to reactivate my Studio 2015, I could not deactivate 2017, since this option was not offered, and I could not activate my license in 2015, since I was told I had no more free licenses. Please tell me how to activate Studio 2017 "properly", i.e. with information about Studio 2017 in My Account. Hugh
