Can't activate Studio 2017

Question

So, I'm having a problem many seem to be having. I attempted to activate my newly bought Studio, but was told the licensing date hasn't been reached, and it launched in trial mode. On the website, it indicates I've already used my activation key. I bridged a case for this already: 00219244. 
 This is an odd bug.

First of all, note that it's better to open a new thread rather than add onto one that is already marked as answered because it's very easy to miss your post. I use filters to only show unanswered threads. 
 
On your post. You no longer have a 2015 licence, so do not deactivate this in the product unless you don't ever wish to use it again. I have also reset your 2017 licence so it should be available to you now. If you have any more problems with your licensing you should log a support case using http://support.xl8.one

In case it happens again, the best route to get help for these things are these: 
 
1. Always open a new thread as it's very easy to miss your post when you add it into an already answered thread 
2. During the week use the licensing support - gateway.sdl.com/liveagentlicensing 
 
I have reset your licence now so it should be available for use. Let me know if you still have problems.
