Hi, I need help! I pre-ordered the 2017 upgrade and was actually really happy to have it installed. I also kept the 2015 activation, following the email instructions at the time, as I still had open projects there. So far, so good. the 2017 app was activated...
A couple of weeks ago, the 2017 app started running in demo mode, telling me I had so many days before it expired. To be honest, I paid it little attention, thinking it was a bug that would be solved in due time. It wasn't. Yesterday I could no longer access 2017 and my open projects there. The activation window tells me I have 0 licenses left.
So I deactivated 2015. And uninstalled it. However, the license on my account is 2017, so I deactivated a license that no longer existed for me. But where did my 2017 license get stuck??? I really need it, I've already opened two tickets with the SDL team, but it is the week-end and they must be swamped with similar requests... Hello, everybody? Maybe a mass reset for 2017 users who kept their 2015 active?
