Problems with licensing and installation 2015-2017

Hello, I am a little desperate because I am having issues with my license and don't know how to solve the problem. I upgrades my Freelance pluss license last August to 2015 with upgrade for 2017 when available, in November I got it. I upgraded one of my computers first to 2015 and the other one I dont I downloaded 2017 but I dont know at what point it said trial version only and now is expired.  The only thing in my licenses is the upgrade to 2017; I cannot see the 2015, neither the 2014 version, which worked well for me. I tried to deactivate 2015 in the computer I have it, and I get an error that is now allowed, although it seems to open fine again when I open the program, and in the other computer, I cannot upgrade or do anything because it says I have no more extractivation, when actually, I dont have 2017 in any of my computers.  Please help me!!  Ana Krause

  • Hi Ana,

    I have checked your licenses and you seem to have activated 2017 already. This means that as this was an upgrade you are no longer entitled to use earlier versions. You have the Plus licence and have only activated one so far which does suggest you already installed 2017 on one computer at least. It also seems to have been activated today.

    Based on this I don't want to reset the licences in case you contacted support and they sorted this out for you already. Please can you confirm your current status?
