Error Message: License expired (although it's activated in the account)

Question

Yesterday I worked just fine with the program and now when I want to start it I get the error message that my licence has expired and that I should enter an activation code. I can't activate it to get an activation code because in my SDL account all licensed are activated (I have submitted a ticket but due to the holidays this might be a bit difficult to get an answer in due time)

Normally the way to get your licence reset is you log a case with the licensing team. But it's Saturday and Xmas Eve so you won't get anyone today... so I just reset it for you. 
 
Just for the record, in case this happens again, for licensing or installation issues that prevent you from working we have a route for all customers to get help. This can be achieved really quickly using this link:

Just fill in the form and submit it. Make sure your email address is entered correctly or nobody will be able to get back in touch with you.
