PC Trouble

Question

Hello. I've had to erase my hard drives due to a system32 error. I couldn't return my licence for obvious reason. I've now reinstalled Studio 2017 and I'm about to start the 30 dray trial but I can't activate the full version as I don't have the code. Can someone tell me what to do now please? Normally you would log a case with the licensing team if you were unable to access your licence. But to save time as we're in the holidays I have reset your licence for you. So just go to your SDL account and copy the licence code from there.

Just fill in the form and submit it. Make sure your email address is entered correctly or nobody will be able to get back in touch with you.
