Unable to Deactivate Trados Licenses Offline or Online

Hi, 
 
 I need to deactivate my licenses for Trados so I can install it on my new computer. I tried to use the deactivate online function, but it failed. When I tried to do the offline deactivation, it said it did not recognize the authorization code, although I am sure I copied it correctly. Is it possible to reset my licenses from your end so that I can go ahead with my install? Thanks.

Normally you need to log a case for this using:

Just fill in the form and submit it. Make sure your email address is entered correctly or nobody will be able to get back in touch with you. 
 
However, I have just reset your licences so you should be able to do this now. If you have another problem please log a case so the licensing team can help with this.
