Installation of Microsoft Net. framework 4.5.2 for Trados Studio 2017 Freelance does not finish

Question

My Windows 8.1 Pro 64 bytes was showing several error blue pages and corrupted system files. I deactivated Trados Studio 2017 Freelance and uninstalled it. 
 I reinstalled Windows 8.1 Pro 64 bytes and its updates. When I try to install Trados Studio 2017 Freelance (in Win 8.1 Pro 64 bytes), it first needs to install the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2. But the installation of Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2 shows a very slow installation progress bar, its installation does not finish. Before the installation of Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2, I ran the commands %windir%\microsoft.net\framework\v4.0.30319
gen.exe update /force /queue and %windir%\microsoft.net\framework64\v4.0.30319
gen.exe update /force /queue, as suggested by Microsoft [Article ID: 2570538 - Last Review: 08/15/2016 03:48:00 - Revision: 7.0, Applies to Microsoft .NET Framework 4]. Without the installation of Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2. it will be not possible to install Trados Studio 2017 Freelance and MultiTerm 2017. What should I do?
