unable to activate upgrade to 2017 license, getting trial version

Question

Hello, 
 
 I have purchased the upgrade from 2015 to 2017 and installed on a new PC. I am receiving only a 30 days trial version. Am I supposed to deactivate the 2015 version on the other PC although I purchased 2015 for 2 PCs ?

When you upgrade you have to return your 2015 licence first in order to generate your new licences. However, I would recommend you review this article carefully first as you should be able to retain use of 2015 on your computer when you do this:
