Cannot open Trados Studio 2015. Error Message: Dienst SDL.Desktop.Platform.CommandBars. ActionService konnte nicht gestartet werden.

Question

I cannot open Trados Studio 2015 although it functioned well till yesterday and I did not change anything.
Error Message is: Dienst SDL.Desktop.Platform.CommandBars. ActionService konnte nicht gestartet werden.
I tried to reinstall but same error.
Does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem?

From looking at other posts, this appears to be related to plug-ins. 
Go to the following folders and either rename them or delete them: 
 
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\14\Plugins\Packages\ 
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\14\Plugins\Unpacked\ 
 
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\14\Plugins\Packages\ 
c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Local\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\14\Plugins\Unpacked\ 
 
c:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\14\Plugins\Packages\ 
c:\ProgramData\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\14\Plugins\Unpacked\ 
 
Note that if you want to reinstall your plug-ins, hold on to the .sdlplugin files so you can reinstall them again later.
