I'm using SDL Studio 2017 Freelance Plus. I just deactivated one of the two license keys, but I can't re-activate it again because it says it's in use and "remaining quantity is 0." Can I reset it on my own?

Indeed your SDL account shows as both activation are currently in use. In order to reset your license please log a Support Ticket via the link below:

Just for our information could you confirm what version of Windows are you running and whether you recently installed Windows updates?
