I've just installed my trados 2017 and don't know why in my destination languages I don't see Italian (that I had previously set). How can I fix this problem? Do I have to reinstall the entire software ?

Could you give me more details when you say you had previously set Italian?
The 5 languages which you must choose if you have a Starter, Freelance or Freelance Plus license must include the target language.
If for any reason Italian was not included among the 5 languages you would need to deactivate the license, delete all Studio programs then re-download, install and re-activate the license in order to choose again the five languages and include Italian among them.

Alternatively you may find that just running a repair installation through the windows control panel would produce the same effect.
