If you mean the online help then I suggest you download it yourself.  There are plenty of tools on the internet available for downloading websites and saving them offline.

If you mean something more comprehensive like the Studio Manual from Mats Linder I suggest you discuss this with him and perhaps he'd be open to coming to some arrangement with you.

You could also use a chrome browser and then have chrome do this for you if MT is good enough?
