This is quite strange.

Yesterday when we were updating the system ready for release, we came across the same issue, but fixed this with an updated URL.

I could not find the release notes anywhere else, so I searched for it, and that URL came up.

I re-checked the notification email from RWS just now, and it leads to the same error - but if I delete the tracking code in the URL it works. Odd.
