Hi,
I purchased Trados Studio 2022 and no package opens. The only file type in the dropdown is sdlproj. I'm working with .sdlppx and with WS packages. I read that for WS packages, there's an add-on to download and install, which I did, and still no package can be opened.
Please advise.

Please make sure you have the latest version of Trados 2022. Please see if you have an orange bell in the upper right corner of Trados, if so, please download and install the SR1.
If you still have errors, please come back with a screenshot.
