I hope someone can help. My recently purchased Studio 2024 package is working fine, but I cannot update it. Cumulative updates fail, with this error message:

Error message from Trados Studio 2024 setup stating 'Setup did not complete. The error is: Package 'previous versions of Trados Studio 2024' could not be removed. The installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the source exists and that you can access it. Error number: 1612.' with an OK button.
