I updated to 2019 because I experienced serious problems when trying to work with Groupshare in 2017 - which otherwise worked fine. But in 2019, it seemed impossible to import the plugins that I have been using for years - I even got assistance from one of your support people who was really nice and helpful. Still, also here I had issues with Groupshare. Now, when I try to open 2019, the small window for Groupshare appears and asks me to enter my password. Although I know my password, it just does not react to it and shots down. I can't even get into files or anything in 2019.

Then I have gone back to using 2017 again in which at least I can work with single files and packages. But my plugins have disappeared, both MyMemory and IATE. When I try to go to the app store, there is an error and no access until finally, I managed to access it, but without being able to find my plugins. Apparently, MyMemory is now only available for Studio 2021 and 2022? Really?
