Plugins not showing in integrated Appstore

Question

We started using the Integrated AppStore within Trados to get plugins and do updates. Now it is now it does not seem to be connecting to the appstore server. 
 Now seeing this:

This image also shows 0 for plugins but there are two showing when click on that tab. 
 
 This is still the URL for the Private Store, right?

Michel Farhi-Chevillard and David McDermit services were restored as of 2022 CU5 and they were backward compatible - making the dependency on the private AppStore redundant This means 2021 users should have access to the integrated AppStore and will get notifications and updates. However as I mentioned

Hi David McDermit and Michel Farhi-Chevillard We removed the instructions on how to connect to the private appstore - as those services were restored as of 2022 CU5 Currently we have issues with the integrated appStore and while we restore the services that supports the integration, all our apps can be found on https://appstore.rws.com/
