Plugins not showing in integrated Appstore

We started using the Integrated AppStore within Trados to get plugins and do updates.  Now it is now it does not seem to be connecting to the appstore server.

Now seeing this:

This image also shows 0 for plugins but there are two showing when click on that tab.

This is still the URL for the Private Store, right?
