after reinstalling latest update Studio 2019 from RWS, still get error message

I just reinstalled Trados, due to projects not opening and error message "Error processing command line arguments: Access to the path 'C:\Users\XXXXXX\Documents\Immagini' is denied."

I recently had to set to default to overcome this, so I can't do that again. I cannot open client packages. I have to request they send .xliff files. They won't tolerate this much longer and I do not want to continue working in this way. How do I overcome this? I do not want to purchase a new version.
