I think what you are needing is this: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=sdl.TradosStudiotemplatesforVisualStudio
As you may know our public API's have matured over time and with formal documentation found here https://statics.teams.cdn.office.net/evergreen-assets/safelinks/1/atp-safelinks.html
However we only cover the later versions keeping in mind we no longer support legacy versions.
