Utilizing Trados 2022 SR2 17.2.8.18668 and just downloaded the latest subtitling Plugin SR2 3.1.4.0
When clicking in a segment the uploaded video does not move to that section of the subtitle. It also does not move to corresponding spot if click on the Data timing section.
Any idea why video does not move when going to corresponding subtitle segment?

I have tried to recreate this with my tests, to no avail.
I'm running these tests on the latest build, Trados Studio 2022 SR2 - 17.2.9.18688
Does this happen to one project or it's more general, for all the subtitle files?
I would suggest removing the plugin, then add it again and ensure you have the correct media path set in the settings.

Have had to uninstall and reinstall this Subtitling plugin a number of times because it seems to be rather buggy with this latest version of Trados. Have not updated the software because of this. Each upgrade has produced a new issue with this and other plugins every time. Very very hesitant to do the next update.
Right now this is only happening with one of our translators.
