Cannot set up/get AI assistant to work

Hi, 
 I upgraded to Trados Studio 2024 at the ATA conference, mainly because of the AI functionality. But I am unable to get it to work. I have tried to follow the documentation for the plugin: https://appstore.rws.com/Plugin/249?tab=documentation . I have a paid version of ChatGPT 40, and can generate an API without problems, but when inserting it, t he connection is not established. Hi Tess Whitty , do you have an OpenAI API account or OpenAI ChatGPT account? 
 Let's clarify a few details regarding a ChatGPT account versus what&rsquo;s required, an OpenAI API account. 
 While a ChatGPT Plus subscription allows access to enhanced features within the ChatGPT interface, it does not provide API access. To utilize the plugin with more sophisticated models, such as GPT-4, you'll need to have a paid account specifically for the OpenAI API. 
 please let me know what type of account you have before we proceed as it might be that you don't have the required API account.

Hi Tess Whitty , OpenAI offers a pay-as-you-go model, which is typically sufficient for most users. 
 - Ensure the plan you select includes access to GPT-4. If unsure, the default settings usually provide access to the latest models.
