Antidote 9.4 App won't Download

Question

Hello, 
 I&rsquo;m trying to download the Antidote 9.4 App because I have SDL Trados Studio 2015 Student Edition, but when I click on the Download button, I see this message: 
 Download not available You have logged in successfully, but this app is not available for you to download because it is related to a license of SDL Trados Studio. For more information, please see the Terms and Conditions. 
 Could you please let me know what I need to do to install Antidote on SDL? I hope it is not about the Student Licence since it is supposed to be a temporary edition with full SDL Trados Studio 2015 Freelance capabilities.

I reckon this is going to be because of the licence type. You probably do have all the features of the Freelance, but not the ability to download and use apps. I'm not sure if this is a deliberate restriction or not but I'll ask the team next week.

Hi Genevieve, Hi Paul 
 I can confirm the Student edition is in fact the full 'freelance' version- the only difference being the Student edition is delivered with certification and (as in this particular case) the license has an expiry date. 
 Is it possible you installed an outdated trial version (that is made available to all students via the University before the purchase, which you simply then activated with the purchased license? 
 To be on the safe side and to eliminate this possibility, please run both a Windows AND a Studio update and then try re-downloading the app.
