When converting a doc into a bilingual doc SDL Legit in Trados 2017 returns "completed" but nothing happens.

Question

When converting a doc into a bilingual doc SDL Legit in Trados 2017 immediately returns "completed" but nothing happens. Anybody else having the same problem? Any ideas how to fix it? 
 
 I am running SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance, version 14.0.5889.5 on Windows 10.

You should see a backed up copy of the source and a new DOC that is a bilingual DOC in the same folder. I'm sure you know what you are expecting to see but can I just clarify that you are expecting the old Trados Bilingual DOC which will show up the source/target with codes when you show hidden text in Word?

That seems strange. I did test this the day before yesterday in a workshop and it was working fine so I'm wondering whether it may be a file issue? Can you share the DOC file you are trying to convert? At least if we can test it then we can rule the file out as the source of the problem. You can email it to pfilkin@sdl.com if appropriate.
