SDL Analyse - No project templates are defined (Project templates on a server)

Question

Hello 
 
 We've downloaded this application but it doesn't seem to be functionnal when working with a network environment. 
 It says there are no project templates, eventhough there are some, on our network drive, but the app doesn't seem to see them. 
 We are working in a network environment. (there is no "local" location, everything is on the server) 
 
 How can we solve this?

Sorry Gauthier Serkijn , I don't know why but I read your post and put a different app in my head. You may still have problems with SDL Analyse, but you can try changing the "SDL Analyse service" to run on a named account instead of local. Go to your "Services", locate "SDL Analyse" , right-click and select "Properties" and then see if you can change the log on tab to reflect a named account.
