Adding a new plug in in SDL Trados 2015

Question

Hello 
 In our company we use a CITRIX system and in the translation departement we work with SDL Trados Studio 2015. 
 We have installed on the computer (server) the Comment View plugin, but when we open SDL Trados, go to the add-ins section and look for this new plulgin we can't find it anywhere in the list with all installed plug-ins nor we have the chance to import this. 
 Can somebody help me out with this, please?

Hi Gloria Dell'Agnola , 
 
You might have some luck with this if you install it into ProgramData instead of the roaming folder which is the default. When you double click the plugin you will have three locations to choose from: 
 
- All your domain machines (puts it in appdata/Roaming) 
- Local machines (puts it in appdata/Local) 
- Program data 
 
I'm not 100% this will work, but give it a try.
