trying to download "Tb-Scout (SDL MultiTerm Scout)", but getting "this app is not available for you to download because it is related to a license of SDL Trados Studio. " ???

Question

I am trying to download the interesting looking "Tb-Scout (SDL MultiTerm Scout)" (@ http://appstore.sdl.com/language/app/tb-scout-sdl-multiterm-scout/773/ ), but keep getting this message: 
 "Download not avaliable 
 You have logged in successfully, but this app is not available for you to download because it is related to a license of SDL Trados Studio. For more information, please see the Terms and Conditions ." 
 
 What does this mean? I own licences for the latest Studio 2017 and MultiTerm 2017.

I'll check it shortly, but why do you need to do that? You have MultiTerm so you already have it.

Perhaps we can look at this together? I can find multiple email addresses for you in our system so maybe you are logged in with one that is not associated with your licences? Just guessing as I can't think of another reason for this at the moment, so a small investigation together might be helpful to get to the bottom of this.

In the meantime we have resolved the problem. It was caused by the SR 1 release. The version association was missing in the database used in the account for all users. To be honest I'm amazed we only saw a couple of complaints. 
 
If you try and download again I hope it will work now?
