Could you simply please try and use the app once more please (might need to simply restart your computer).

I think sometimes when the application is unable to verify your SDL license, it throws up these error messages.

If it still does not work- simply uninstall the app-

c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\14\Plugins\Packages\APP NAME?\.sdlplugin

c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\14\Plugins\Unpacked\APP NAME?\

Then reinstall- http://appstore.sdl.com/language/app/sdl-analyse/726/

Im assuming you have dona ll the above as suggested?

If so then simply go to Windows Services-

Then scroll to SDL ANALYSE and stop/restart the service.
