Ich habe ProjectTermsExtract heruntergeladen - es funktioniert aber nicht. Einmal bekomme ich folgende Meldung: 

Was kann ich machen?

2. Bei einem zweiten versuch mit einem anderen Datei klappt die Einstellung des "Project terms Cloud" managers, aber beim Klicken "include terms file" und refresh mit F5 wird die Extract-Datei nicht erstellt/zugefügt bzw. ist nicht ersichtlich.

Kann jemand helfen?

    Hi ,

    Can you try this selecting a single file? It should work with two, but I was just able to reproduce your problem and I don't know why. But selecting one file from the offending project was fine. I'll need to play with this a little to understand what happened to this project to cause this, but if you are aware of any unusual steps you carried out then it would be helpful. I do know I have three versions of this particular project in different states and I regularly replace them to look at different issues, so I'm wondering if this is impacting my data somewhere.

    Hi Paul, and thank you very much for your answer.
    I tried it yesterday again after closing everything a new start of Studio and it worked by one already finished file (a project created by me). Then I tried again with another NEW project (created by an agenture) - and it did not work.
    This morning I tried again with another NEW project (made by an agenture) and the extraction worked, but as I wanted to refresh (F5) to see the file - there was no terms-file created. Then I tried to extract again and I got the same error as yesterday. So two times extraction seems to cause the error. And the terms-file is still not there. I also tried closing and opening again. So where is the terms-file gone?
    By the way: is this tool only for new projects? A real benefit would be, if terms with the translation from a translated file could be extracted.
