I use MyMemory plugin with Trados and I pre-translate my files. It used to work great., but lately, it doesn't fill in all the segments and it says that it can't find a translation. Sometimes if I reboot, it'll fill in the segments, but not always. I never had that problem before. Does anyone have that problem and know how to fix it?

Have you contacted the developers directly using their contact details in the appstore? There are two things here I think:
1. If just suddenly started happenning then it would likely ther problem comes from the MyMemory server - contact MyMemory developers
2. If the problem does come from the plugin - contact MyMemory developers as they built the plugin
Either way I think your best port of call would be MyMemory themselves.
