MS Word Grammar Checker Plugin - Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard

Question

Hi everybody! 
 The aforementioned plugin is not working well in SDL Trados Studio 2015 with that operating system. In other computers with a different operating system it is working perfectly with the same version of SDL Trados Studio 2015 and MS Word. 
 
 Any ideas on how to solve this? Or is it just a compatibility problem with no solution?

Hi Andrés Romero Arcas 
 We don't test Studio in this environment at all and certainly don't look at the apps so a compatibility problem does seem likely.
