Cound't download apps in appstore, just asked to login again and agin

Hi, 
 When I log in the appstore with my account, I find I could't download any apps there and kept being asked to log in again and again, could somebody help me out with this problem, many thanks!

There is a problem at the moment, that especially seems to affect Asian countries for some reason, and the IT team are working on it. I hope it'll be fixed soon. I'll let you know when it's done. In the meantime what app are you after and I can send you a temporary link to it in dropbox.

That was the day GDPR took effect so I'll hazard a guess you have not agreed to the terms and conditions in your account. Did you see some chack boxes you have to agree with when you try and log in?

Then perhaps you have now found your problem. The appstore uses the same credentials!
