Hi, I encountered a problem when trying to download some Apps from the Store.
The system notifies me that I must log before download, even if I've already logged in.
I've seen someone had the same question one month ago, but I've no idea whether his/her problem was solved successfully or not.
Do I need to have a license of Trados Studio for this account in order to be able to download anything?

Hi Chen Zhao , yes you do need a valid licence in your account. There is also a known issue at the moment that the web team are working on but this does not affect all users.
