My Memory plugin 2017

Question

Yes, I saw the question was asked a few days back, but it doesn't help me. I am not using Memsource whatever that is. 
 
 I have worked with Studio for a number of years and been very happy to use My Memory as it is a great help. I have just changed from 2014 to 2017 and am about to start working on a large project. But although I attach My Memory to it, it doesn't deliver any suggestions, not even for segments with one or two plain words. Is it because I haven't chosen the professional version to be paid for? 
 I then tried to close studio 2017 and open my old studio 2014 instead, but no can do. I keep getting an error message there.

 As you have upgraded form 2014 to 2017- if you have deactivated Studio 2014- you will no longer be able to use this legacy version or the older 2014 compatible version. 
 Now you are using Studio 2017, please download and install the correct version for 2017 (you cannot use the old version of MyMemory)

Could you try and install the highlighted version and see if this resolves the issue. 
 You may need to remove the older version if you ported this over- 
 You can remove the older version as follows 
 c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\14\Plugins\Packages\MyMemory c:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\14\Plugins\Unpacked\MyMemory\
