I've just downloaded and installed the Integrated Segment Actions plugin. I can see it under plugin management but it isn't in the app list under the Welcome menu and I can't see any way of opening it. I'm using Studio 2015 SR3.

I have just installed the app to see if could replicate the issue-
(you must be logged in as administrator to install the apps)
First of all please close Studio then remove the previous downloads from your downloads history.
Then when you download the app, please ensure you are ticking the correct version
You should then find it in the following path
Now when you restart Studio and either go to the EDITOR or PROJECT VIEW and right click- you should now see SEGMENT ACTIONS
