Little bug in DeepL-plugin with capitalized letters

Question

Hi, I am working with the DeepL - Plugin (with a DeepL Pro account) and I just realized, there is a bug. 
 If a segment is full capitalized the results are quite bizzare (in almost all cases I get the same sentence in the source language not capitalized. If I use the web translator on the DeepL webpage I get the right translation (see attached images).

I don't know if it is a problem with the plugin or a problem with the API of DeepL (I am no programmer). 
 Did anybody encounter the same problem?

 I can reproduce as follows: 
 
 We're talking with deepL now trying to establish where the problem is coming from... then we'll (or they'll) fix it.
