TMS 12.0 came with a change in the API, which is now always enabled, so [Authenticate with TMS credentials] and [TMS API Enabled] options have been removed. You should be able to log in Sdl Commute after the upgrade with no problem. The only thing that must be enabled is the [Use TMS API] permission.

Do you encounter any problems with the log in after the upgrade?

Hi Florin, we just upgraded our nonprod environment to TMS 12.3 and I installed Studio 2019 and the new commute plugin for 2019. I am unable to connect again, though the API is enabled. I receive the error shown in the attachment when loading or setting up a new connection. Here is the funny thing, the Prod connection to TMS 12.0 is still working and loads without issues. When I try to connect to cert (also still on 12.0) it fails and trying to connect to dev (12.3) fails.

I also have not found out into which folder the plugin gets stored. I found two other plugins in the AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\15\Plugins folder but cannot find commute, not even in the SDL Community folder. However, it shows in the plugin Management, which unfortunately does not supply a path. I uninstalled the previous version and rebooted before installing this plugin, but I still have Studio 2017 installed.

We couldn't reproduce this in-house, could you please provide us with more information, full TMS build number, user type ( normal user or sdl id ). Also, was the user added before or after the upgrade to 12.3?
