Troubleshooint Deep-L plug in in Studio 2017

Question

After installing the DeepL-plugin manually and after trying another API key (downloaded from DeepL) in Studio 2017, I still don't get any translation from the plugin. Only the segment in the source language. How can I make this work properly? The DeepL helpdesk told me to ask SDL..

First of all make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest version from the appstore. If you have done this and still can't make it work then send me an email with your skype details - pfilkin@sdl.com 
 
Then, as long as you can do a call later this evening (CET) I can look at this with you.
