I just reviewed the add-on in the Store and gave it 4 stars out of 5 (still a good note) only because of this limitation.

So let me back up Émile's request and hope for an upgrade. I wish the next version will synchronize the Studio document as displayed/filtered.

That the add-on ignores the filter is a serious limitation in practical use, in particular when spell checking documents with locked content (which is the case for 95 % of my projects). I end up reviewing and accepting corrections in Antidote that cannot be applied in Studio because the segments are locked. At least there is no error but correcting something that cannot be edited is a loss of time.

Also, another suggestion from a colleague in case improvements are scheduled to be made to this plug-in : it would be very useful (and aligned with Antidote integrations in the Office suite) if selecting a word in Studio and launching the Guides or Dictionaries features would automatically launch a search for that given word in Antidote.
