PPF Transit file doesn't open for translation

Hello, 
 I'm also using Windows 10 and I can't open the PPF Transit file for translation in Trados. 
 I have downloaded the Transit Package Handler app and was able to open the project in Studio 2015. I can see the Transit file in the Projects/File folder. When I double click the file to open it for translation, it doesn't automatically take me to the Editor View. With a right click on the file in File folder the button Open for translation is grey and I have the message &ldquo;No translatable target language files selected&rdquo;. 
 Is there any solution for opening PPF file with Trados in this case?

We have got a problem with W10 on our backlog, but that problem is worse than the one you describe as it's not possible to even get that far. Just a silly question, but are you sure you are in the target language in Studio when you try to open it? I'm surprised the project was even created if Studio doesn't think it's a translatable file at all... or I wonder if it's because it just sees the files as reference because the language code is not recognised? What language pair is it?
