I have freshly installed the SDL Analysis app. When I run an anlysis I get the error message "Die Eigenschaft "length" eines undefinierten oder Nullverweises kann nicht abgerufen werden". I Use the Version 1.8 of the app with Studio 2017 SR 1. Can anybody help?

Hi Andrea,
I did install the app without any problems. When I drag a word file in the analysis window of studio i receive the following error and no analysis. I did install the app on other workstation here and it worked on every workstation but mine.

I am unearthing this old post because I installed Trados Analyse today and I have exactly the same problem.
I am using the latest 2019 CR2 version (also installed it today).
