Hi,
I just upgraded (successfully) to studio 2019 and tried to download the plugin for deepL (verision 2.9 which is compatible with Studio 2019). However I am greeted with the following message:
You have logged in successfully, however this app is not available for you to download because you don’t have a licence for one of the supported products in your account. [...]
I already upgraded my licence key to 2019, so I should be able to download that version. Any idea?

It appears that you have created a new account today- one that holds no licenses and which would explain why you get such an error.
When you try to download apps, a check is made against your account to check the correct license is available.
Please make sure you are logged in using the credentials that are valid on the account that holds the licenses.
TIP
Its always a good idea to start a new thread when one such as this, is old and marked as answered- otherwise your addition post will normally be missed.
