Hi. I keep trying to download WebLookUp for 2019 (I recently upgraded). I can log in to the general SDL site, but whenever I go to the app store I appear to be not logged in. And I can't log in once I'm in the app store for some reason. Any ideas?

Happened to me also with Chome, Firefox and IE. Temporarily solved accessing as private with IE.

Hello! I have the same pb. Do you think someone can fix this? Cuase it's taking time to solve it each time we want to download an app :)
