Hello,

We have some licences for Studio 2019 Starter Edition, but when I try to download the Antidote Verifier plugin (the version for 2019), it says, "this app is not available for you to download because you don't have a licence for one of the supported products in your account".

It's very odd since we have had no issues with the Antidote 2017 plugin (i.e. it is working fine with the 2017 Starter Edition).

I contacted our SDL account manager and she's tried a few times to send the 2019 plugin to me, without success (perhaps file too big to send by email?). So she suggested I reach out to the AppStore admins.

Any suggestions? Is there an email for who I should write to? Thanks!
