I've activated all three email addresses. They all share the same details, including names, order histories, products, home addresses, phone numbers, etc. I've logged into the SDL AppStore using each of my active email addresses and tried to download the SLD TRADOS 2007 TRANSLATION MEMORY PLUG-IN. Furthermore, I've used three different browsers (Explorer, Chrome and FireFox), but it's all been to no avail. However, I can download all other plug-in's and apps that I've tried to. Any ideas? Anything you can do on your end regarding my SDL account and associated email addresses to try to fix this? Please, kindly let me know. Thank you.

Please try again.  I just went through the app record and noted that the version 2 for 2017 was set to require 2019 and you don't have that in your account.  It will probably work for you now.

I also tidied up the naming convention of the othres so it's more clear.

Thank you for getting back to me. I was able to download the Trados 2007 Translation Memory Plug-In (2017 version) this time. However, when trying to install it, I cannot select any of the installed Studio version options shown to me because they are all grayed out. When I click on NEXT, I get the following message:

"Please, select at least one Studio version".

I tried installing the plugin directly from the SDL AppStore, rather than downloading it, but nothing happens (the SDL Plugin Installer won't launch).

Please, see the two attached screenshots, and kindly tell me what else I could try. Thank you very much.

ok... my mistake.  I realise what the issue is now.  Originally there were actually two 2017 options because you saw 2015/2017 (version 1.1) and 2017 (version 2.0) in the download options.  I stupidly made it possible to download the version 2.0 for you and this is actually for Studio 2019 which is why you can't install it.  I just checked the installers and corrected the descriptions again.

This time note that you should be downloading the 2015/2017 (version 1.1):

This was actually possible before but as the version 2 was incorrectly named you were trying to download the wrong one.  Our fault, apologies for that.  The clue was in the description which had been right all the time!

Hopefully after all of this the plugin will work for you without any issues.  I haven't seen anyone using this for a long time!
