SDL Analyse service is not available, please make sure the service is running

Question

I work with Studio 2019 SR1 and tried to execute an analysis using SDL Analysis. This didn't work. Trying to download a perhaps latest version failed because in spite of entering my e-mail address and password correctly, I couldn'd download anything - turned into an endless loop asking me time and again to sign in. Has this to do that I didn't have the time to renew my service contract - I postponed this to next year. Making the analysis via Studio was absolutely OK. Has anybody an idea how to fire up that SDL Analysis again?

 I think the first check would be to see if the service is actually running- 
 In Windows search- just type in 'services' 
 
 Then scroll down to 'SDL Analyse service' and make sure this is running 
 
 Then restart your machine and see if this now works. 
 If not, please clear your (browser) cookies and cache- We would recommend using Chrome or FireFox- 
 Then delete the app and then reinstall from the app store. 
 Does this now work for you?

First of all the SDL Analyse service is not dependent on you having a support contract. All that is needed is a valid Freelance license (which you have). 
 
You might want to go through the following steps-

... to ensure your system is completely up to date- a minimum OS requirement is that you have Windows 7 SP1 installed.
