Error with Mt Enhanced using Microsoft Translator

Question

Hi. 
 
 I&acute;m having this error in Trados with Mt Enhanced plugin since I've installed Trados 2019: 
 
 Cannot deserialize the current JSON object (e.g. {"name":"value"}) into type 'System.Collections.Generic.List`1[Sdl.Community.MtEnhancedProvider.Model.Model.TranslationResponse]' because the type requires a JSON array (e.g. [1,2,3]) to deserialize correctly. 
 To fix this error either change the JSON to a JSON array (e.g. [1,2,3]) or change the deserialized type so that it is a normal .NET type (e.g. not a primitive type like integer, not a collection type like an array or List<T>) that can be deserialized from a JSON object. JsonObjectAttribute can also be added to the type to force it to deserialize from a JSON object.

As you can see, Microsoft Translator doesn't work due to that error. 
 What shall I do?

The problem was the category id. In the plugin was not handled the scenario when the id is incorrect. I've added a fix in the plugin, when the id is not correct a proper error message will be displayed. 
 
This version is on testing now and it will be released on AppStore soon. I'll let you know when the new version is published.

I suggest you close Studio, the please make sure there are no plugins or unpacked plugins relating to this app in these locations:

Then make sure you have downloaded the latest version of the plugin for 2019 from the appstore and install it again.

Hi Igor Lobão , I've started to investigate this issue on our side. Could you please tell me if you added a cathegory id in settings? 
 
 If yes, can you please delete it, uncheck "Use category ID" and try again to translate? Kind regards, Andrea Ghisa

 But what version? If you look in the plugin manager in the navigation view on Studio you be able to see this: 
 
 So the current version is 4.3.3.1.
