I've been trying to download TexTra app for JA-EN translation support.
I'm using SDL Trados Studio 2014 Professional (Network SN) with Windows 10 machine.

Everytime I try to download, the message appears "You have logged in successfully, however this app is not available for you to download because you don’t have a license for one of the supported products (SDL Trados Studio 2014 - SDL Trados Studio 2015 - SDL Trados Studio 2017 - SDL Trados Studio 2019) in your account.."
I already contacted my MT service provider and supposedly TexTra is available for my version of trados studio to install.
I cleared cashe and also tried with different browsers (IE, Edge, Chrome which didn't let me log in). Nothing worked so far.
I would appreciate so much if anyone help me solve this issue.
