Whenever I am using the Apply Studio Project Template app, I recieve this message: "We are aware of some issues with the SDL Trados Studio API that could result in corruption of terminology databases when changing the settings."

I am using Studio 2019 CU3 and lates version of the plugin 5.2.2.

Could you please clarify, what this message should mean, in which cases it applies and how paranoid should users be about using the Apply Studio Project Template app for terminology? I was under the impresison, that there was some information on the subject, but after sereval hours of seraching I could not find anything, so I decided it's safe to ask.
