I have been using the DeepL Pro Plugin for some months already without any kind of problems. Nevertheless, two weeks ago, it stopped working for me. After contacting the DeepL support team and receiving the confirmation that my API code is active, I reinstalled the plugin and tried to translate again, but once more unproductively. I have also whitelisted the DeepL domains that were suggested in this forum.

Here is what happens to me. When in the projects settings I add the DeepL MT Provider and insert the API key, the DeepL Plugin activates and it appears as a TM. Nevertheless, the following happens:

• The DeepL plugin doesn't work when pre-translating (no MT appears in target segments; I have checked everything in the Package properties, and I have tried with many different type of files).
• For empty segments, Trados Studio didn't even recognize there is the DeepL plugin on (no proposals on the "Translation Results" tab of the TM view, it appears blank).
• However, segments with fuzzies detect that there is the DeepL plugin on as the blue AT box appears, but it states "[segment already translated...source not re-sent]".

Could you please provide me with some insights on how to proceed?
